Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a defect or damage:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include a brief description and a photo of the issue
  • We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer
    Returns for Defective Items
    Defective items may be returned at no cost to you. We’ll provide a prepaid return label when needed.
    Handmade Variations
    Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and not considered defects.
    Non‑Defective Returns
    At this time, we do not accept returns for non‑defective items, but please reach out if you have concerns — we want you to be happy with your order.
